If I hold my breath, will the world stop? 
 Will the moments we've shared, stay frozen in time? 
 If I hold my breath, will I keep living - 
 holding on to all that I've never had, until now? 
  
 If I hold my breath will you hold me - 
 forever in your heart? 
  
 If I hold my breath and dare to let go 
 knowing that with each new breath I take 
 that to breath in is to hope 
 to exhale is to trust 
  
 If I hold my breath and then I let go 
 will I for once fly free? 
 Knowing this world will no longer be lonely 
 because you (all) are here with me? 
  
 Because you are here with me.
