The Huntington's Disease Memorial Quilt is available for loan from Hunt-Dis to any HDSA Chapter, Support Group, Center of Excellence or HD family supporting an HD awareness, educational or fund raiser event. 

Those borrowing the quilt will be responsible for all round-trip, insured, shipping charges associated with transporting the quilt. They will also be requested to seek media coverage for the event and for the Huntington’s Disease Memorial Quilt. Loan Instructions, along with a suggested media release, will be provided. A sample Display Agreement is attached.

Maintenance 
The Huntington's Disease Memorial Quilt is a project initiated, and solely maintained, by members of Hunt-Dis. It is a beautiful, lasting, memorial for those whose lives have been touched by Huntington’s Disease and our HD Angels. There are over one hundred and twenty (120) 12 x 12" squares alone, showing families living with Huntington's Disease, in Phase I of this Memorial quilt project. 

Donations will help defray the cost of maintaining and protecting the Phase I section of the Huntington's Disease Memorial Quilt and for assembling and protecting all future sections. 

Only actual costs for this maintenance will be used from donations received. At the end of each year, any unused funds will be donated to Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA) for Family Support Services. Donations may be made to:
