affecting the minds and
tormenting the
bodies of those we
love.......

those that we have loved........
who we still love, they no

daily struggles of
Huntington's Disease.
A tribute to those to have
to carry on till there is a cure.

when we are born we are
like
heartbeats in time scattered to a strong wind
never knowing where the
heartbeats will end
taking chances as they go on
their way
looking for a little kindness
to come their way
looking for a soft spoken word
or the touch of a loving hand
as we wander through life and
all the pain and the sorrow
that we go through each day in
our separate ways
sometimes crossing heartbeats
of some soul like me
and seeing our heartbeats
reflected in another in pain
sharing our sorrow, our
comfort, our pain and
pausing to make a memory of
heartbeats as we go on our way
we are all alike in our
separate way
never knowing when a heartbeat
in time
will take us away
hoping that our short
heartbeats on earth
has left a place in someone
else's heart
maybe making a change in the
way things have been
for some other heartbeat so
that their soul maybe can mend
